Wednesdays are always so busy for us! However, the time that I spend with my colleagues in the mornings at our PLC meetings is so beneficial for each of your kids! We are making so many gains with all of the strategies we're incorporating!
Thank you to ALL families for snack donations and Hershey Kisses! We are still in need of more snacks daily, but I also encourage the kids to bring their own snack, too, just in case we run out.
Also, please be sure to sign and send the party information back to school with your 5th grader! Mrs. Bronger is asking for $1 per student for pizza. Our party is next Friday at 2:30 if you want to volunteer or just come to enjoy.
Homework:
Social Studies Chapter 2 test tomorrow--study guide is to be completed ONLY for a "No Homework Pass." It is not required.
Spelling: Test tomorrow and contract activities due Thursday, too.
Science: Moon Journal--track and sketch the moon nightly on your calendar (Do not do this if you go to Math Lab).
Math: We started some different math grouping today, so the assignment tonight corresponds with Lesson 3.1, but some have the Study Link while others have a 3.1 handout. Due tomorrow.
ALL handouts we did during stations over the last few days will be due on Friday. We will attempt to work on them at some point tomorrow, but they ARE NOT homework for tonight.
