Several parents are already saving a variety of magazines for our class (THANK YOU), however we have a huge need for magazines and newspapers, as well as weekly store ads for next week. We are starting a month long project of collaging the kids' last 10 to 11 years with magazines, weekly ads, and/or newspaper cut outs. If you could please save these items for us, we will gladly recycle what we do not use here at school! Thank you!
We are also starting, as an indoor recess activity, to make bracelets and reusable bags. We need a variety of plastic bags (Walmart, Marsh, etc--the more colorful the better). I've even begun saving marshmallow, bread, and bagel bags, too. We need empty, clean chip bags, as well for the bracelets.
